FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for plasty of circular defect of soft tissues of nose root and medial angle of eye. Flap is cut out on border of skin of nose inclination, lower eye-lid and cheek by direction of force lines. Proximal part of flap is formed from two points of defect, diametrically remote from each other, with formation of angle sections. Flap is moved in defect. Angle parts of proximal flap end are sewn to each other. Flap edge is sutured to defect edge. Donor wound is sewn approaching wound edges. ^ EFFECT: method allows to improve cosmetic effect, reduce risk of crossing nerve branches. ^ 1 ex, 5 dwg |
