PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel speaker apparatus whose output sound pressure is hardly decreased even if it is thinned. SOLUTION: The panel speaker 1 is composed of: a frame 3 forming a concave unit 3a in a front plane; a diaphragm 4 which covers the concave unit 3a attached to the front plane of the frame 3; and a vibrating device 5 which is attached to a bottom plane of the concave unit 3a and a back plane of the diaphragm 4. Pressure exhaust holes 3b which pass from the recessed unit 3a to an external space, are formed in a sidewall unit 3d of the frame 3, and pressure exhaust induction units 3c are prepared for the pressure exhaust holes 3b, which induce and exhaust internal pressure by air vibration.
