Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fluorescence analyzing system 100 includes a fluorescence analyzing optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 56 equipped with a long-pass filter with a cut-off wavelength λ(λ<SB>1</SB><λ<λ<SB>2</SB>) for guiding the light from an incident end 56a to an emitting end 56b and guiding the light from the emitting end 56b to an emitting end 56c, the light source 53 for exciting light connected to the incident end 56a and emitting exciting light with a main wavelength λ<SB>1</SB>, the detector 54 connected to the emitting end 56c to detect fluorescence with a main wavelength λ<SB>2</SB>, a lens 40 for condensing exciting light incident from one end to the sample in a flow channel 204 to irradiate the sample and condensing the fluorescence incident from the other end, and an optical fiber 103 connected to the emitting end 56b and one end of the lens 40.
