<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater reserve system which reduces trouble of filter replacement and yet obtains quality rainwater. Ž<P>SOLUTION: According to the rainwater reserve system 1, at rainfall, initial rainwater R1 flows through a down pipe 102 into a first horizontal pipe 33. Because a second horizontal pipe 34 is identical in inner diameter with a branch pipe 36, initial rainwater R1 flows into the branch pipe 36 located close to the first horizontal pipe 33, and is reserved in an initial rainwater tank 4. Subsequent rainwater R1 also flows through the branch pipe 36 to be reserved in the initial rainwater tank 4. When the initial rainwater tank 4 is filled up with rainwater R1, rainwater R2 flowing into the first horizontal pipe 33 following this point in time flows into the second horizontal pipe 34, passes through a filter 105, and is finally reserved in a rainwater tank 104.
