<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for generating negative ion wind, in which miniaturization and cost reduction of the device is achieved, and which is superior in versatility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The negative ion wind generating device 10 is constituted of a container 1 consisting of a metallic cylindrical body, and a metallic disk (adjusting means of ejection pressure and ejection temperature) 2 which is installed at the center part in a length direction inside the container 1, and has a plurality of through-holes 2A. Then, by passing air sent into the inside of the container 1 from the wind blower 20 through the through-holes 2A of the disk 2 while adjusting the air pressure to a prescribed ejection pressure (for example, ≥30 Kpa and ≤150 Kpa) and the ejection temperature (≥40°C and ≤250°C), the negative ion wind is generated.
