PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow measuring device which enables high-accuracy temperature correction taking a temperature characteristic different for each flow rate into consideration, by utilizing the correspondence relations between the flow rate value to the output voltage value of a flow sensor, and to the intake-air temperature. SOLUTION: The flow sensor 20 outputs a voltage value VD as a measured value. A temperature sensor 30 outputs the intake-air temperature (voltage value Vt corresponding thereto). Here, a first map showing a flow rate corresponding to an input voltage value (V) and to the intake-air temperature (°C) and a second map showing a correction factor corresponding to the flow rate (g/s) and to the intake-air temperature (°C) are stored in adjustment ROM 18. DSP 17 determines a flow rate Gi on the occasion of the voltage value VD and intake-air temperature Ta, referring to the first map, and determines a correction factor Ki on the occasion of the flow rate Gi and the intake-air temperature Ta, referring to the second map.
