PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film and various kinds of goods using the laminated film, wherein a silver deposited layer is not damaged even after a long period of time, and the silver deposited layer is not easily peeled off, namely a reflection function can be kept for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A laminated film comprises an undercoating layer composed of a laminated resin on a surface of a polymeric resin film as a substrate material, a metal layer composed of a stacked metal and a top coating layer which are stacked in this order, wherein the metal is silver and the resin contains melamine type resin.
