PURPOSE: A method for configuring an effective surveillance camera for all direction surveillance and a system thereof are provided to simultaneously monitor images of all directions through an fisheye lens, a pan tilt, a camera and a computer, thereby obtaining several images at various angles. CONSTITUTION: A fisheye lens(100) broadens the viewing angle of a camera(110). The camera obtains an image. A pan tilt(120) rotates or moves the direction of the camera. A computer(130) performs direction operation of the camera and transmission of a computed direction value.
