PURPOSE: A blade replaceable carving knife is provided to facilitate the replacement of a blade by forming a groove on a grip to accept the blade. CONSTITUTION: A blade replaceable carving knife comprises a blade part and a wooden part. The blade part corresponds to the top of an existing carving knife grip. A part of a blade attached with a timber is formed in a screw shape. A groove is formed in the wooden part. The blade part and the wooden part are fitted with a screw. In the blade replaceable carving knife, a plurality of blades are alternately inserted into one grip. |
