PURPOSE: A navigation terminal outputting guide voice information based on a velocity of a vehicle and an outputting method thereof are provided to supply an accurate voice guidance service to a driver at a guide point by selectively outputting the guide voice information with different reproduction length. CONSTITUTION: A guide voice information DB(110) stores the guide voice ID and the guide voice data corresponding to the guide voice ID. A guide object sensor senses the guide point within the constant distance from the current position of the driving vehicle. A velocity output unit(130) outputs the current velocity of the vehicle. A guide voice combiner(140) variably combines one of the guide voice ID stored in the guide voice information DB based on the outputted current velocity. A guide voice output unit outputs the guide voice data corresponding to the combined guide voice ID when the vehicle passes through the guide point.
