PURPOSE: An apparatus for illuminating for inspection of a printed circuit board and an apparatus for inspecting the same are provided to increase test speed by detecting a defect and a foreign material by taking a picture of a target one time. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for illuminating for inspection of a printed circuit board and an apparatus for inspecting the same, a first lighting part(30) radiates a light within 0~45 degrees around a first axis on the surface of a device under test. The first lighting part radiates a light within 45~90 degrees around a first axis on the surface of a device under test. A first reflecting mirror(32) reflects the light on the surface of the device under test by a first angle. A second reflecting mirror(42) reflects the light on the surface of the device under test by a second angle.
