PURPOSE: An electric cauterization apparatus having the heating element built-in is provided to simply control the temperature of the heating element used as an artemisia moxibustion with the desired temperature and to perform hyperthermia in the desired temperature. CONSTITUTION: The electric cauterization apparatus having the heating element includes: an exothermic member(221) where the coil tiers is formed into one body in the top end portion and a skin contacting part is formed in the bottom part; a packaging member(220) covered the all over outside of the exothermic member except for the skin contacting part; a coil(210) wound in the coil tiers of the exothermic member; a temperature sensor(240) for measuring the temperature of the exothermic member heated with the coil; and a controller(100) for controlling the power source applied from the power supply unit to the coil according to the measured temperature of the temperature sensor.
