PURPOSE: A steam cooking instrument is provided to simplify composition by omitting extra water pipe for supplying water to a heating pipe. CONSTITUTION: A steam cooking instrument comprises a cavity, a water tank(130), a heating member(111), and an electric heating member(115). The cavity has a cooking space. The water tank is detachably installed on a mounting space in one side of the cavity. Steam water is stored in the water tank. The heating member is operated only in case the water tank is installed in the mounting space, and is installed more than one for heating the steam water. The electric heating member transfers heat of the heating member to the steam water. A detection sensor(123) senses whether the water tank is installed in the mounting space or not. |
