Electronic circuit i.e. integrated circuit, simulating method for e.g. semi-conductor industry, involves filtering data of sub-set of components, and fabricating electronic circuit in case of satisfying simulation results

The method involves defining an electronic circuit in the form of a list of electric components e.g. capacitors, and connections, and separating data of the list into two sub-sets of components that are respectively modified and not modified by a filtering step. Data of one of the sub-sets is filtered, and the circuit is defined in the form of another list of electric components and connections from data of the other sub-set and data provoking from the filtering results. The circuit is simulated using the latter list, and the circuit is fabricated in case of satisfying simulation results. An independent claim is also included for a device for simulating an electronic circuit represented under the form of masks and connections.
