The device has a ring (21) positioned in a middle and on a front side of a frontal support. An inner diameter of the ring is less than outside diameter of a respiratory snorkel, where maintaining action of the ring is carried out by resistance effect at gap. The ring assures maintenance and tightening of the snorkel. An opening (22) is formed in the ring.
