The element (1) has glasses (61, 62) mounted on a chassis (5), and a strip shaped translucent film (8) covered with a layer made of opaque material such as paint, ink and metal. Upper and lower rollers are mounted on the chassis, and upper and lower ends of the film are connected to the respective rollers. The ends of the film are respectively rolled and unrolled or vice versa, so as to move an active part of the film in a longitudinal direction of the film. An anti-intrusion protection plate is made of polycarbonate material. An independent claim is also included for a wall comprising a frame made of a building material such as concrete block, stone, brick, plaster and wood.
