<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based resin composition having low temperature heat sealability, hot tack characteristic and blocking resistance in a good balance, and to provide a film comprising the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is the polypropylene-based resin composition characterized by comprising 86 to 98 wt.% of a copolymer (X) of propylene, and an α-olefin and/or ethylene, wherein the content of constitution units originated from the propylene is 86 to 97 wt.% and the total amount of the content of constitution units originated from the ethylene and the content of constitution units originated from the α-olefin is 3 to 14 wt.%, 1 to 13 wt.% of a propylene-α-olefin copolymer (Y) which has a melting point of ≥115°C and in which the content of constitution units originated from the ≥4C α-olefin is 10 to 30 wt.%, and 1 to 13 wt.% of a propylene-α-olefin copolymer (Z) which has a melting point of <115°C and in which the content of constitution units originated from the ≥4C α-olefin is 30 to 40 wt.%.
