PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mesoporous silica substituted with metal and the mesoporous silica manufactured thereby are provided to offer economical efficiency, and to produce the plugged mexoporous havin g high catalyst activation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mesoporous silica substituted with metal includes the following steps of: mixing a metal precursor, amine alcohol, a silica precursor, and a triblock copolymer surfactant under acidic condition; hydrothermally synthesizing a compound or irradiating microwaves on the compound; and incinerating the compound which is irradiated by the microwaves. The metal precursor is selected from a group consisting of aluminum, zinc, iron, lanthanum, tin, titanium, vanadium, zirconium, titanium and copper. The triblock copolymer surfactant is P123, F127 or Brij-56. The silica precursor is TEOS or sodium metasilicate. |
