<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make structure simple, reduce cost, and ensure a widely adjustable range, mainly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fastening assisting means 23 for clearance connection is provided with cantilever mounting pieces 41 adapted on a side bracket 8 and movable nut parts 42 adapted on the cantilever mounting pieces 41. The cantilever mounting piece 41 is configured to allow flexibility and deformability enabling at least its end to come close toward a vehicle body 4. The movable nut part 42 is fit freely from the end of the cantilever mounting piece 41 to maintain the fastening position of a fastening bolt 21 when the cantilever mounting piece 41 displaces toward the vehicle body 4 due to screwing and tightening of the fastening bolt 21 from outside the vehicle body 4.
