<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured and light-weight tool support device capable of providing a superior working environment, and a work processing device using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tool support device has a plurality of movable fixing units 2 (2A-2E) comprising shafts 3 (3A-3E), movable cylinders 5 (5A-5D) fitted to the outside of the shafts 3 (3A-3E) in such a way as relatively rotatable or rotatable and linearly move, and bush members 10 (10A-10E) to fix the relative movement between the shafts 3 (3A-3E) and the movable cylinders 5 (5A-5D). The plurality of movable fixing units 2 (2A-2E) are connected in series, and a tool support part e1 is disposed on the distal end side of one of the movable fixing units.
