PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for correcting pollex valgus by which pollex valgus is effectively corrected without giving pains and mismatch feeling to a wearer. SOLUTION: The pollex valgus orthopedic device (10) includes a knit fabric for covering the foot and the ankle (50), and a press member (40) for pressing the pollex abductor muscle. The knit fabric comprises: a shape keeping knit fabric part comprising low flexibility fabric forming an instep part (20); and a flexible knit fabric part comprising a high flexibility knit fabric forming an ankle part (23), heel part (25), sole part (30) and a socks part (27).
