PURPOSE: A colored curable composition is provided to form a color filter with excellent resistance to solvents, and to be used for a color filter of display devices such as liquid crystal display panel, electroluminescence panel, and plasma display panel. CONSTITUTION: A colored curable composition comprises dye, polymerizable compound and binder resin. The binder resin is a copolymer consisting of: a unit derived from a compound having a unsaturated carbon-carbon double bond and a ring-form ether structure; and a unit derived from at least one compound selected from the group consisting of carboxylic acid and carboxylic anhydride.
