<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely confirm the power supply direction of a distribution line. <P>SOLUTION: A red clip C1, a blue clip C2 and a white clip C3 are connected to an A terminal, a D terminal and a B terminal of a detection control device R, respectively. Resistances Rs1 and Rs2 control currents to a red LED 5 and a blue LED 6, respectively. Relays Ry1 and Ry2 are operated at 100 VAC. In detail, when the potential difference between the A terminal and the B terminal becomes 100 V, a contact of the relay Ry1 is closed to make current flow from a battery 4 through the resistance Rs1 and the red LED 5, and the red LED 5 is lit. Moreover, when the potential difference between the D terminal and the B terminal becomes 100 V, the contact of the relay Ry2 is closed to make the current flow from the battery 4 through the resistance Rs2 and the blue LED 6, and the blue LED 6 is lit.
