<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that impedance change and the variation of treatment current and voltage due to the difference of handling of an electrode by a person to be treated sometimes exceed a target allowable range, an electric potential treatment apparatus usable without being specially conscious is demanded since there are a voltage element and a current element for the output of the electric potential treatment apparatus and it is inconvenient for the person to be treated though there is a means for selecting a frequency or a waveform or the like for the case of lying down and using it and the case of sitting in a chair and using it or the like for instance, the heat generation of an amplifier and costs increase while it is effective to increase the content of high frequency components in the case of giving current components priority, and it is difficult to obtain frequency characteristics in a high frequency area in a transformer of a large winding number on the secondary side like a high voltage transformer, or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A waveform including the high frequency components comprising a pulsating flow is generated by an inverter by switching, an output voltage including the high frequency components is obtained by an inexpensive method without the heat generation, and further, the problems are solved by a special bobbin and a special transformer using a resonance suppressing impedance.
