METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR SENDING NEIGHBORING CELL LIST

A method for sending a neighboring cell list is provided. The method includes steps as following: there is an adjacency relation between a first cell of a first access control entity and a second cell of a second control entity, a retransmitting entity retransmits content of a first message sent by the first access control entity to the second control entity, the content of the first message includes the neighboring cell list of the first cell; wherein, the retransmitting entity retransmitting the content of the first message sent by the first access control entity to the second access control entity includes that the retransmitting entity retransmits the content of the first message to the second access control entity based on the indication information of the first message. The corresponding apparatus and system are further provided.
