<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply control device determining abnormality of a relief valve, and a fuel supply system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel supply control device determines that the relief valve reducing feed pressure is closed and fixed (S404) when the rotational speed Np of a feed pump is higher than a predetermined rotational speed Np0 (S400:Yes) and a detected value Psout of feed pressure by a pressure sensor arranged between the feed pump and a fuel filter is higher than a value (Fp+Pt) with a tolerance Pt added to an estimate value Fp of feed pressure (S402:Yes).
