<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device having no risk of damaging a driving member. <P>SOLUTION: This power transmission device includes a stepping motor (a driving member) 61a driven based on a command signal from a control part 70, a lead screw part 61c rotatingly driven in response to driving of this stepping motor 61a, and a power transmission part 65 for transmitting motive power to a power transmission object part 42e by moving in the axial direction X of the lead screw part 61c by rotation of this lead screw part 61c.
