PURPOSE: A jig for forming a double pipe and method of forming a double pipe are provided to be easily inserted to the inside of the outdoor piping and the indoor piping. CONSTITUTION: In the first end(111) and the second end(116), the first opening and the second opening are formed. In the body(110), the path for making the first and the second opening the inter communications is formed. The gas supply area(150) supplies the gas between the outdoor piping and indoor piping. In the second end, the supply hole for the gas is formed. The storage tank(151) accepts the gas. The valve controls exit and entrance of the gas from the storage tank.
