PURPOSE: A telematics device is provided to prevent a waste of a time and a cost due to an additional change of a telematics device by using high speed wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A wireless receiving part wirelessly receives upgrade data. A first control part(120) controls a normal upgrade operation of a telematics device. A main storing part stores the upgrade data received through the wireless receiving part when a power is supplied to the first control part. A display part(170) displays the data stored to the main storing part under a control of the first control part. A sub storing part(140) stores the upgrade data received through the wireless receiving part when the power is not supplied to the first control part. A sub power part supplies a power to the wireless receiving part and the sub storing part when the power is not supplied to the telematics device.
