<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning air duct cylindrically formed by a foam sheet, which prevents an occupant from feeling unpleasant due to the difficulty in the conversation between occupants in the automobile caused by propagating in a duct the noise produced by a fan of an air conditioner unit and fluid sound due to blowing, by having sufficient sound absorption performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Foam sheets 12, 14 forming an air conditioning air duct 10 have a double-layered structure formed by integrating an open cell layer 20 on the inside and a closed cell layer 24 on the outside.
