PURPOSE: A file generation/operation method for outputting a client specification form assigned with a security password is provided to supply security and acceptance by maintaining identity between a corrected original copy and an output state of a form transmitted to a client. CONSTITUTION: A request company generates a spool file for output where a security key value is assigned to a client specification form file(S100). The request company provides the spool file for output and a key value for password cancel to an outsourcing company(S200). The outsourcing company matches the key value for password cancel to the security key value of the spool file for output through a file structure interpretation dedicated program, and outputs a form(S300,S400). The program is offered from the request company.
