<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable using a flexible printed circuit board which is excellent on heat radiation characteristics rather than a flat cable structure of a conventional FPC and does not spoil a bending property, flexibility, and a sliding property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the flat cable 1 formed by piling up a plurality of flexible printed circuit boards 2, metal foils 3 respectively intervened among the plurality of flexible printed circuit boards 2, and the metal foil 3 is fixed by the flexible printed circuit board 2 and a reinforced plate 4 which hold the metal foil at an end of the flat cable 1.
