<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which a physiologically active ingredient such as a medicine for preventing or treating a disease at a biological site can be delivered to the richly calcium phosphate-containing biological site including bone more selectively than means using conventional liposomes, and to provide a means by which a physiologically active ingredient that is easily hydrolyzed by an enzyme or the like in a living body can selectively be delivered in an effective amount, while protecting from the hydrolysis of the active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the calcium phosphate-binding liposome containing a polyethylene glycol derivative bound to a lipid and the lipid as constituting ingredients, and characterized by binding a compound having a calcium phosphate-binding site to a terminal separated from the inner phase and surface of the liposome among both the terminals of at least a part of the polyethylene glycol bound to the lipid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
