<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game apparatus having a new fun by adding an element which cannot completely be controlled in the inputting operation. <P>SOLUTION: The game apparatus has a display 14, a tablet 15 which is laminate-integrated with the display surface of the display 14, a pen inputting device, a game screen displaying section 30b which displays a game screen on the display 14, the game screen which is displayed by the game screen displaying section 30b, and a game controlling section 30a. In this case, the pen inputting device inputs positional data to the tablet 15 by a pen while self-traveling over the tablet 15.
