A flow cell is provided with a flow path in which a sample solution flows, a supply section communicating with the flow path and to which the sample solution is supplied, a transfer section having openings which each have one end communicating with the flow path and the other end open to ambient air, communicating with the flow path, and sucking the sample solution, which is supplied to the supply section, and leading the sucked sample solution to the flow path, a detecting section facing the sample solution in the flow path, and a sealing member for openably sealing at least either the opening or the supply section. |
