IRON CONTENT EXCLUSION AND STERILIZATION OF POWDERED RED PEPPER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for sterilizing hot pepper and removing iron is provided to evenly disperse hot peppers by vibration and effectively sterilize the hot pepper. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sterilizing hot pepper and removing iron comprises: a cover(100) having an inlet hole(110) to input hot pepper; a guid plate(200) in which ribs are protruded to the both ends to prevent release of hot pepper; a vibration unit(300) which transfers hot pepper by vibrating the guide plate by a vibration motor; plural sterilization lamps which is installed inside of the cover; an iron removing unit(500) which removes iron contained in hot pepper by inhalation force of a magnet(510); an iron exhausting part(600) which releases isolated iron; and a support(700) which fixes the iron exhausting part and supports the vibration unit.
