PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire preventing completely closing of a sipe, a blade for forming the sipe and vulcanizing mold. SOLUTION: In a tread part of this pneumatic tire, a plurality of blocks 26 sectioned by peripheral direction grooves and lateral grooves are formed. In each of the blocks 26, the sipe 28 is formed. In the sipe 28, an erecting part 34 extending in the sipe 28 continuously to a sipe bottom 32 and displaceable relatively with a sipe wall surface 30 is arranged along the sipe wall surface 30.
