<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image output apparatus which has solicitation power for general users realizable. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus analyzes image data, and detects an area in which a face organ of a person is written in the image, and memorizes the image in the detected area. In one side, it detects a color of a skin in the area in which the face organ is drawn, fully draws the area of the face organ using a detected skin color. And, an image in which the organ is fully drawn and an image in the area of the memorized organ are respectively output to different positions. If it is carried out like this, since the image of the face organ and the image of the face of "a uniform color" in which the organ is fully drawn, are output, the user makes happy laughing faces using the output images.
