PURPOSE: An aging deformation prevention method by ultra low temperature multistage cooling of steel materials is provided to accelerate transition into a martensite structure by dividing a left austenite structure in the steel materials after heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: An aging deformation prevention method by ultra low temperature multistage cooling of steel materials is as follows. After heat treatment work of steel materials, a ultra low temperature multistage cooling work of steel materials is implemented more than twice, and then transition into a martensitic structure is accelerated by dividing an left austenite structure in the steel materials. An aging deformation prevention property is given to the steel materials.
