<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption while maintaining the function of a filter circuit or an RSSI (receiving signal strength indication) circuit, in a semiconductor integrated circuit which processes the receiving signal of high frequency in wireless communication. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes an amplifying circuit for amplifying the receiving signal of RF (high frequency) which is received by an antenna, a mixer circuit for down-converting the RF signal amplified by the amplifying circuit into an IF (intermediate frequency) signal, a plurality of stages of filter circuit for applying filtering process while amplifying the IF signal output from the mixer circuit, a plurality of rectifier circuits for producing respectively output currents in accordance with the level of a signal output from the predetermined number of filter circuits in a plurality of stages of filter circuits, and a resistor as well as a capacitor, which are connected in parallel to generate a detecting voltage which shows the strength of the receiving signal by the supply of output currents of a plurality of rectifier circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
