PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new service and to let a player count just as a one-time exchange operation at a game parlor performing unlimited operation. SOLUTION: The prize exchanging device is so structured that the longer a registration period is, i.e. the longer the period between receipt issuance by a counting device 4 and receipt pick-up by POS terminal 5, the more advantageous an exchange rate becomes for a player. It encourages a player who has gained balls by playing but continues playing without counting them to spontaneously urge counting for activating the move of money in a game parlor and for increasing the satisfaction of the player.
