<p>Provided is a server device for a group formed by two or more participating terminals. The server device receives a stream containing at least a video signal from a first terminal, copies the stream, and transmits the stream to a terminal other than the first terminal. Even in a terminal which has started participation in the halfway, the server device causes no problem such as image quality degradation. The server device (150) receives a stream or a packet containing at least a video signal transmitted from a first terminal (120), copies whole or a part of the stream or the packet, and transmits the stream or the packet after the copying to a terminal other than the first terminal. The server device (150) includes a control packet generation/transmission unit (158) operating as follows. If a new terminal participates during the transmission, the control packet generation/transmission unit (158) issues an instruction to the first terminal so as to transmit a non-prediction video frame.</p> |
