<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal cell securing an effective display region, while surely curing an optical curing resin blocking an inlet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wiring part 34 is formed on a glass substrate 25 having translucency so that a part is overlapped on a sealing material 52 formed by a seal member, blocking the inlet 51 for injecting a liquid crystal material by a member having translucency and conductivity. Light transmits the glass substrate 25 and the wiring part 34, to surely cure an optical curing member, by having a light irradiate from the side of the glass substrate 25. Since a notch part for transmitting light curing the seal member need not be formed on a shading part formed on the glass substrate on the circumference of a liquid crystal layer, light leakage on the shading part is prevented and effective display region can be secured.
