PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide isolated immunoglobulins each comprising two heavy polypeptide chains sufficient for the formation of a complete antigen binding site or several antigen binding sites, wherein the immunoglobulin is further devoid of light polypeptide chains. SOLUTION: The new immunoglobulins purified from animals which naturally produce them, especially serum of camel and does not correspond to any of natural four-chain model immunoglobulin and derivative thereof can be obtained by the present invention.
