The system has a running rail (2) with metal profiles arranged at a distance on top of each other. The metal profiles are connected with each other by a spacer (23), where the profiles are in the form of a guiding rail and a mounting rail. A push rod conveyor link (3) has individual push rods (31, 32) coupled with each other by an articulated coupling (33) and is suspendably drivable at the running rail by carriers (4). Guiding fences (5) are suspendably attached at the push rods or at the coupling and runs on an oval or partly stretched training track with long straight training sections.
