<p>The method involves arranging a blood flowing area of a human body between a light source and a detector. The human body area is analyzed by polarized rays of light. The rays of light are transmitted with different plane of polarization and are modulated with a certain frequency. A change of the plane of polarization takes place with another frequency which is smaller than the former frequency. The changed plane of polarization is detected by the detector which has a polarization preferred direction. An independent claim is included for a device for non-invasive blood sugar measurement.</p> |
