PURPOSE: An automatic display angle regulation apparatus of an ultrasonic diagnostic system and a method thereof are provided to supply convenience to a user based on more exact information by using location information of a control panel changed according to a physical condition of the user. CONSTITUTION: A detection unit(110) detects location information corresponding to a control panel height of an ultrasonic diagnostic system. An extracting unit(120) extracts angular information about a display device of the ultrasonic diagnostic system by using the location information. A controller(130) controls the display device by using the angular information. A storage(121) includes the angular information about the display device respectively matched to the location information. An angular information extracting unit(123) extracts the angular information, matched to the location information, from the storage. A conditional information receiver(122) receives conditional information from a user input device.
