<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas storage tank manufacturing method and a liquefied gas storage tank manufacturing unit, capable of efficiently filling a heat insulation material in a heat insulation space. <P>SOLUTION: Pearlite P is fed to the heat insulation space S by a heat insulation material feeding process S9, and since nitrogen gas is forcibly fed by a gas force feed process S11 to the heat insulation space S fed with the pearlite P in the heat insulation material feeding process S9, pressure of the nitrogen gas forcibly fed to the heat insulation space S is made to act on the pearlite P of the heat insulation space S, and the pearlite P can be compacted by crushing a void interposed between powders of such the pearlite P. Since the heat insulation material feeding process S9 and the gas force feed process S11 are alternately repeatedly performed until the pearlite P is filled in the heat insulation space S, not only the pearlite P of an upper layer of the heat insulation space S but also the pearlite P of a lower layer of the heat insulation space S can be sufficiently compacted, and the pearlite P can be efficiently filled in the heat insulation space S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
