<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chute type sorter capable of stable sorting because of being resistant to lowering of the dropping position modification accuracy during air spraying. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic sorter includes: a chute 5 allowing plastic pieces P to sequentially slide down and discharging the plastic pieces P from the lower end; means 5L and 5R for detecting the quality of the plastic pieces P being sliding down on the chute 5 by using near IR; a spray nozzle 10 for spraying air in a direction intersecting the falling direction of the plastic pieces P discharged from the lower end of the chute 5, according to the results; a first belt conveyer 21 arranged at a natural falling position without spraying; and a second belt conveyer 22 arranged at a falling position under the spraying conditions. A passage sensor 11 is arranged in the falling passage for the plastic pieces P from the lower end of the chute 5 to the spraying position of the spray nozzle 10. On air spraying, air is sprayed after the lapse of a prescribed time on the basis of the detection timing by the passage sensor 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
