<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device which actualize further power saving. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving device has a tuner part 1 which receives digital broadcasting, an OFDM demodulation part 2 which demodulates the received signal received by the tuner part 1, an error correcting part 3 which outputs a first broadcasting signal T1 obtained by subjecting the received signal demodulated by the OFDM demodulation part 2 to error correcting processing, a partial reception detection part 4 which determines whether a partial reception signal is contained in the first broadcasting signal T1 output from the error correcting part 3 or not and, if the partial reception signal is contained, extracts only the partial reception signal, and a TS low-speed processing part 5 which outputs a second broadcasting signal T3 which is obtained by subjecting the partial reception signal to TS low-speed processing which reduces a TS rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
